2. What is your delivery date?
Generally, the production time for an order is about 15-25 days. If you need the goods urgently, we can prioritize production and ship ahead of schedule based on the workshop’s order schedule.
3. Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders.
4. What is the minimum order quantity requirement?
Each product has different minimum order quantity requirements. If the quantity requested by the customer is lower than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will increase slightly. All products are subject to specific pricing.
5. How to Pack?
Individual products are packaged in plastic bags and durable, high-quality cardboard boxes to prevent damage during transportation. Customized gift bags or color boxes are at the customer’s expense.
6. How to Control Quality?
A: All raw materials undergo IQC (Incoming Quality Control) screening before being used in the entire process.
B:During IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspections, each step is monitored.
C:A full QC inspection is conducted before packaging to ensure compliance before proceeding to the next packaging stage.
D:A full OQC inspection is performed before shipment.

Ordering
1. How to Order?
Please send your purchase order to us via email, or we can prepare a proforma invoice according to your requirements.
Before sending you the PI, we need the following information about your order.
1) Product Information – Quantity, Specifications (Dimensions, Material, Technology (if needed), and Packaging Requirements, etc.)
2) Required Delivery Time
3) Shipping Information – Company Name, Shipping Address, Telephone and Fax Numbers
4) If there is a freight forwarder in China, please provide their contact information.
Payment
1. What are your payment terms?
Payment terms: 50% T/T on sales order; 50% before shipment.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and other mutually agreed payment methods.
